To keep track of the status and progress of your home building project, Sam will be your first point of contact throughout the build, start to finish. This includes answering any questions you may have about our project, design, our services; providing design input on how best to configure each product for your needs; assisting with purchase decisions when necessary; coordinating building schedules so everything is ready when it should.
TIMELINE/PROCESS
Design
Sam and our designer will work with you to create a design that suits your needs while keeping in mind the budget. They take care of everything from start to finish.
Quotes
Preliminary design is the first step in any project. With these drawings complete, we will provide you with a fixed price quote & breakdown, which summarizes everything included in the build (e.g., kitchen units) or excluded from it (e.g., furniture).
Contract
The contract will be drawn up with the builder's fixed price, which includes all fees and charges. The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Consent
This will be followed by the construction drawings being submitted to the council for building consent. We will also engage engineers for structural drawings and Geotech designs.
Construction
Now that you see your dream home built in front of you. Sam will be there every step of the way and is available for any questions or concerns you may have.
Move-In
It's time for you to move into your dream home! After the project completion, our team cleans it inside and out and prepares you to move in.
