CNC Builders are a family owned and operated company built by brothers, Sam and Lane Crarer. We are based in Ohaupo and work throughout the Waikato and Waipa regions including Hamilton, Te Awamutu and Otorohanga.

eye for detail and clear communication throughout.
Sam Crarer
Sam has been in the building industry since leaving school at 16 and has 19 years experience in New home building, renovation work, light commercial and project management.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and spends his spare time fishing, hunting and diving.
Lane Crarer
Lane has been involved in new builds for the past 10 years. He has a sharp eye for detail and making sure no corners are cut, you can be assured your job is going to be 10/10.
He enjoys fishing, playing golf and seeking adventures in his spare time.
Joe Gaylor
Joe, CNC's longest standing employee, finished his apprenticeship with us and has stepped into a role of running jobs and has a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
Taylor Donald
Taylor relocated from Thames after becoming qualified recently and has joined the CNC team seamlessly and brings a good energy to the team.
